Who are we?

CHIC is a member owned procurement and asset management consortium providing compliant procurement solutions, contract and commercial management support and added social value. CHIC works across England and Wales, supporting housing associations, local authorities and other public sector bodies and charities to deliver efficiencies and savings.

CHIC now has over 200 members across the UK, all benefitting from smart asset management and procurement efficiencies. Together these own and manage over 1.6m social housing homes and other buildings across the UK.

 

We ensure delivery of quality outcomes from our pre-approved and ever-growing network of suppliers and consultants. Our fully compliant open access marketplace is outcomes-based, meaning our public sector members only pays for what is delivered. View our list of frameworks here

Who are we?

 

Established in 1966, LHC is a not-for-profit central purchasing body who develop OJEU compliant frameworks in England, Scotland and Wales delivered through our local network. LHC’s frameworks are available to all publicly funded contracting authorities to procure works, goods and services to construct, refurbish and maintain social housing and public buildings.
