The Council Housebuilding Support Service (CHoSS), delivered by the Local Government Association (LGA) and funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), works alongside councils to build capacity, confidence and capability for local housebuilding. Through tailored, practical support, CHoSS helps strengthen councils ability to plan, enable and deliver homes that support thriving communities.
