The new rules of the game: Planning reform, gateway 2 & what’s next
Major planning reforms are on the table and Gateway Two continues to hold up schemes, putting delivery pipelines under pressure. This panel will examine how policy changes are being implemented in practice, where bottlenecks are emerging, and how to navigate the process without losing momentum. Drawing on lessons from large-scale urban developments and regeneration projects, speakers will discuss how to align planning, funding and design so that approvals can be converted into starts on site.
