With significant housing and infrastructure reforms underway, the Neil will examine how policy changes are translating into delivery on the ground. Drawing on lessons from large-scale urban developments and regeneration projects, the session will cover practical approaches to aligning funding and design with planning and the new building control regime - ensuring schemes can move efficiently from approval to construction and maintaining delivery momentum throughout.
