Retrofit needs people: Building the workforce for the decade ahead
The UK cannot meet its housing decarbonisation targets without a skilled, accredited and growing retrofit workforce, yet progress remains fragmented. This session explores what’s working in training, local delivery models and calls for a coordinated, long-term retrofit skills strategy. The panel will examine how employers, government and training organisations can work together to create lasting career pathways, grow regional capacity and embed quality at scale.
