Positive innovation: Rethinking technology’s role in housing
Too often the debate about digital transformation focuses on risk and compliance — but what about the opportunities? This session will highlight how housing providers are embracing innovation positively: from piloting “safe-to-fail” experiments and partnering with agile providers, to re-architecting landlord–tenant relationships for greater trust and responsiveness. The discussion will explore how AI strategies, digital twins, predictive modelling, and automation can reshape services and strengthen the resident experience, while drawing lessons from past initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and scalability.
