Making retrofit stack up: Unlocking investment through smarter asset strategies
Retrofitting at scale requires ambition but also long-term financial planning, integrated asset strategies and clear leadership buy-in. This session explores how councils and housing associations are embedding retrofit into their core asset management plans, using lifecycle modelling and whole-stock assessments to build the case for investment. The panel will explore how to align sustainability with stock condition, reduce whole-life costs and convince executive teams that retrofit is not a cost but a value-generating strategy.
