What does a truly future-ready home look like in 2030 and beyond? This session explores what’s needed to deliver homes that are low-carbon, resilient and support occupant health, inclusion and wellbeing. Panellists will discuss how design, delivery and retrofit must adapt to deliver long-term value. Expect a frank conversation about materials, density, overheating and how to embed social value from day one.
