Designing for delivery: Getting quality right first time
There is growing concern that over-engineering homes is driving up costs and slowing down delivery. This panel will ask where the balance lies between quality, sustainability and affordability. Speakers will discuss how better design at the outset can reduce maintenance costs for decades, how modern methods of construction and standardisation can ensure consistency, and how to avoid investing in features that add little long-term value.
