Data-driven asset management and retrofit for net zero
Decarbonisation technologies are available, but uptake remains too slow to meet 2050 targets due to low public trust. This presentation will show how data and digital tools can embed retrofit into core asset management, providing investment certainty, reducing risks such as damp and mould, and linking improvements to health and wellbeing benefits. By combining property and energy datasets, providers can deliver timely insights and build the trust needed to make retrofit a mainstream part of asset planning.
