Consumer standards one year on
Twelve months after the introduction of enhanced consumer standards, this session examines their impact on tenants and landlords. Some providers have achieved top ratings, while others have been judged non-compliant due to failings in repairs and data management. Panellists will consider lessons learned and the importance of engaging tenants early in the inspection process.
