From 27 October, Awaab’s Law requires social landlords to address damp and mould hazards within strict timeframes. This session will explore how housing associations can implement the law effectively, balancing operational delivery, tenant engagement, and long-term solutions to housing defects. Panelists will share practical strategies, lessons learned and approaches to meet the law’s requirements while improving housing quality and tenant satisfaction.
