It is necessary that fire risk assessments are comprehensive and carried consistently across all housing stock. To achieve this, housing providers, contractors, designers and other stakeholders need to collaborate across professions to improve knowledge of the safety of stock, understand respective and collective responsibilities, as well as establish effective communication on actions needed.
