Switchee
Switchee is on a mission to improve the quality of life for residents in social housing by ensuring everyone has safe, warm, healthy homes. Installed in tens of thousands of homes across 130 housing providers, the Switchee device is an innovative thermostat that uses smart solutions to tackle some of the most difficult ongoing in-home challenges including the cost-of-living crisis, fuel poverty, and mould and damp.
Switchee data helps landlords to better understand the home environment and allows them to tackle mould risk, poor insulation, fuel poverty risk, and heating system, as well as helping residents save up to 17% on fuel bills.
Switchee’s latest Housing Fuel Poverty Index has shown that 1 in 37 UK households are at high risk and highlights the urgent need for targeted support measures and interventions to assist those affected.
