This session will tackle some of the toughest questions in social housing retrofit. Come away with an understanding of how to ensure properties are retrofit ready whilst guaranteeing no unintended consequences in the future:
• How do we future proof properties to ensure that after fabric first measures, renewables can be installed with ease?
• What do we do about hard to decarbonise homes?
• The dissonance between the EPC route and net zero – is the regulatory framework driving us in the wrong direction and what can we do?
• Heat decarbonisation: how do we set out a clear path for scaling up heat pump installation?
