Homes England’s new strategy calls on housing associations to lead the drive to regeneration. This session will look at the funding opportunities available to support regeneration, and the remediation of brownfield land. How can local authorities, housing associations and communities collaborate to deliver housing-led mixed-use regeneration that works for all? And how can we enable truly thriving communities through impactful engagement during the regeneration process and beyond?
