This session will explore the strategies that housing associations can use to get ahead of damp and mould and how to cope with increased demand on repairs services.
You will explore:
- Initiatives such as Home MOTs to proactively identify and carry out repairs before the work becomes urgent
- How to "find your silence" and detect potentially vulnerable tenants who are not reporting repairs
- Improving staff training and awareness
- The role of technology in prevention and detection
