Engaging tenants and residents from the outset for retrofit success
One of the main retrofit barriers continues to be tenant and resident buy-in. The biggest concerns for tenants and residents include disruption, costs, and inconsistent messaging. This session will look at the challenges faced by housing providers during Wave 1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund and examples of delivering impactful engagement in short funding and delivery timeframes.
We’ll also touch on how to build trust through tailored approaches and explore the technologies that are supporting communication between housing providers and tenants.
