With a huge amount of social housing in Britain built before the war, the UK’s social housing stock is some of the oldest in Europe. Recent research has found that social housing residents are over proportionately from ethnically diverse and minority communities. White residents are also significantly less likely to be living in damp, overcrowded or fuel poor accommodation or to face discrimination from their landlord.

•    What are the underlying issues behind the research and what needs to change?
•    How to identify any barriers or shortcomings of your systems or processes that might be preventing people from discussing housing problems
•    How to embed anti-racism within your organisational culture to ensure inclusive and equitable services to all tenants
