Welcome to the networking hub of HOMES UK – a place to meet old contacts, make new ones or grab a refreshment between talks! The Triton bar will host networking events across the two days, providing a perfect opportunity to break the ice with like-minded professionals.
Taking place a short distance from HOMES UK, the Awards are held in the evening of 25 November and celebrate the outstanding work of housing organisations. Make the most of your trip by combining the two events - you’ll gain exclusive access to a drinks reception and ‘hangover breakfast’ at HOMES UK so we’ve got your party prep and recovery sorted!
Sustainability is one of the core themes of HOMES UK in 2020, coming out top when we surveyed 250 landlords. To celebrate those who are driving positive change in the sector, we are launching the Climate Champions Power List during the climate change hackathon at the Virtual Housing Festival! Individuals will be nominated for their achievements and innovations in tackling the climate emergency and an expert judging panel will determine who makes the cut. The final list will be unveiled at HOMES UK!
Judges already include: Ben Derbyshire, chair, HTA Design LLP and outgoing president, RIBA and Gillian Charlesworth, chief executive, BRE.
