The HOMES UK 2019 call for papers is now open

We want to hear your success stories, innovative projects and experiences.

Your submission could be presented and promoted live the event this November, being seen by our 6,000+ expected attendees from across the residential sector.

It’s an amazing opportunity to raise your profile, share your knowledge and initiate change in your sector.

Topics for discussion will include (but not be limited to):

Placemaking

Land and planning

Development

MMC

Regeneration

Community engagement

Strategic asset management

Property management

Repairs and maintenance

Stock rationalisation

Customer experience

Build to Rent/PRS

Retirement living

Care and support

Intergenerational living

Student accommodation

Leadership, skills and succession planning

Social value

Apprenticeships

Digital innovation or transformation

How to get involved:

We’ll be considering projects at all stages of implementation but are particularly interested in those that are already in place at scale or have demonstrated measurable outcomes and improvements.

To submit your initiative, please send a short synopsis (no more than 250 words) by close of play on Friday, 26th July.

It would be helpful to include your project’s objectives, stage and scale, what’s happened so far, which outcomes/improvements have been achieved and any partners you have worked with.

Thanks in advance for your submissions and good luck!
