Colm Lacey has held a variety of high profile positions across London, delivering some of the capitals largest and most complex projects.
He is currently director of development for Croydon Council and is responsible for realising the regeneration and place-making ambitions of this key growth borough.
Colm has a strong track record of delivering large scale urban transformation, having played a pivotal role in the renaissance of East London in his previous role as director of regeneration and planning at the London Borough of Newham where he led on a variety of major development projects which brought the borough to international prominence.
He has also held key senior roles at the HCA, GLA and London Borough of Lambeth.
