Director of Strategy & Investment, Notting Hill Housing Trust
Charlotte is currently the Director of Strategy and Investment for Notting Hill Housing. Her Property Asset Management department is responsible for coordinating activity to realise the maximum value from our 30,000 London homes, with a total portfolio value of £2.3bn.
Over the last two years she has transformed NHH’s asset management strategy and procured a repairs and maintenance framework which will provide services to the existing and new stock, for the next seven years. This has also included implementing an active asset management programme which evaluates the commercial viability of disposal of high value voids
Prior to this, she was the Deputy Programme Director of the PROTECT Programme for the Olympic Security Directorate and had responsibility for seven different Olympic security projects.
She worked as a management consultant with Turner & Townsend and implemented several asset and infrastructure transformation programmes within the housing and transport sectors.
She worked as an embedded consultant within Housing Services for Manchester City Council through the transition period of outsourcing the housing stock to various Housing Associations and in their set-up of Northwards – their Arms Length Management Organisation. She led the strategic thinking behind transitioning services and how this should be managed to minimise disruption.
