The programme challenges how employers currently perceives people with a disability and also aims to inspire people within our own company to be more proactive in how we can make the transition into a working environment simpler for these individuals.

The programme was founded by Mitie in partnership with Remploy, the National Autistic Society and Geason training and it involves providing work placements to individuals with disabilities for a period of 12 weeks, which includes a training and mentorship programme and a work placement.
