The National Sales Group (NSG) is an independent body comprising the Sales & Marketing sector's most influential people from across the country. The main focus of the group is to promote professional Sales & Marketing in housing associations.


The groups main focus is to increase knowledge and shared learning through a range of conferences and seminars, whilst supporting and challenging government policies through effective and strategic lobbying.


Housebuilder & Developer is an established, informative and comprehensive multimedia mix. The magazine and digital content offerings are designed to help inform and guide the brand’s 15,000 housebuilder readership through the ever-changing world of housing. Content includes case studies, news, innovation, thought leadership and products from across the sector.


Housing Management & Maintenance (HMM) has been launched to cover the growing social and private rented sectors. Housing associations are expected to develop 285,000 new homes by 2019 (at an estimated cost of £43 billion) and the private rented sector experiencing the highest rate of growth across all tenures.


The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists is the lead qualifying body for Architectural Technology. It represents those working and studying within the discipline. CIAT qualifies Chartered Architectural Technologists, MCIAT and professionally qualified Architectural Technicians, TCIAT.


The Housing Fourm

The Housing Forum is the only cross-sector membership network that represents the entire housing supply chain on behalf of the industry. With over 150 like-minded membership organisations and businesses from across the public and private sector, the Forum champions collaboration and innovation in construction to improve productivity, design, build quality and the maintenance of existing housing.


The UKAA is the organisation for everyone in Build To Rent sector. As a Global Alliance Partner of the National Apartment Association in the US, the UKAA was launched in response to a growing awareness of the need for a single unifying body to the Build To Rent sector in the UK. Our members are building the PRS communities shaping the future of Build To Rent.
